Here’s some stuff I’ve experienced lately (and not necessarily only new releases). In addition, our free Stream Team community has a lot more daily action happening on the recommendations front too. 💪

Monsters of God (TV): I never want this to end

The Invite (Movie): Fantastic, felt fresh and real

Designed in California (Podcast): Supported this on Kickstarter, and excited to finally dive in

My Dreadful Body (Book): Was generally into this, and liked the “body part per chapter” structure

Lanterns (TV): I love both leads, and am curious how this all unfolds

Spider-Man: Brand New Day (Movie): What a great return to form

Death, Sex & Money (Podcast): Right up my alley, love the variety

Conan O’Brien Must Go (TV): Late to the game here, but obviously this is an ongoing delight

Pillion (Movie): This was great, and I would not have predicted this cinematic future for Dudley Dursley

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (TV): May there be 18 MORE SEASONS

The Children’s Hour (Movie): Was a big fan, though check out what the gang thought about it

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (TV): They’re going HARD on the gimmicks on their way out (puppet episode!), but man do I love watching them swing for the fences

The Drama (Movie): Zendaya’s always great, but Pattinson continues to just disappear completely into every role

The Shards (TV): Just started this, but obvs I’m generally along for most Ryan Murphy rides

The X-Files: I Want to Believe – Vrach Frankenshteyn (Movie): Having seen the original cut in theaters only once and feeling underwhelmed, I definitely enjoyed this new version a bit more

The Cult of NatureBoy (TV): I was unfamiliar with NatureBoy’s body of work, so I’m “glad” I got that sorted out

Hamnet (Movie): Grim but powerful, and I for real think Jessie Buckley might be the best actress of her generation

Ted Lasso (TV): Generally glad it’s back (though Ted Lasso diehards can be insufferable), and I really like the new assistant coach lady

Poster Boy: Becoming Zyzz (Movie): Enjoyed getting a glimpse of THAT ZYZZ LIFE

Conversations with a Killer: The Charles Manson Tapes (TV): If you devise a trap with Manson tapes as the lure, I’m falling for it every time

A Toxic Love Story (Movie): Far more wild twists and turns than I expected

Tires (TV): The very definition of comfort food entertainment, super dumb and generally pretty funny

The Hawk (TV): See above, just what it needs to be (it understood the assignment)
